Eco-friendly packaging
Our eco-friendly packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, plastic free and 100% biodegradable. Where tape is necessary, we only use recycled paper tape with natural rubber based adhesive that is fully biodegradable and compostable. For larger orders, we sometimes re-use card packaging that has been sent to us.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your RAPPU purchase, but if not we accept returns of unused wraps within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund.
Exchanges
We will exchange unused cards or bags within 30 days of purchase. Postage for your exchange is free.
Refunds
If you are at all unhappy with your order, please contact us with your feedback and to discuss a full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Need your order quickly?
If you need your order the next day, we recommend using Royal Mail’s next day delivery service.
This costs £7 for one card or bag and £9.50 for two or more. In order to access this service, we need to have received your order by 2.00 pm on the day of sending - although do contact us if you wish to order later than 2.00 pm, and we’ll do our best to meet your requirements.
