Organic Cotton Mesh Laundry Bag
Our mesh laundry bags are carefully handmade using unbleached, organic cotton netting. As with all our products, we use responsibly sourced organic cotton thread and the drawstring tape is also made from certified organic cotton. The bags are held closed with an eco-friendly corozo button. Corozo buttons are made from the tagua nut, sometimes called ‘vegetable ivory’. The buttons are beautiful, robust and stand up well to washing.
We suggest storing your face wipes in the mesh bag after use and then simply popping the bag straight into the washing machine when you start to run out.
Each bag measures approx. 30cm by 30cm. This allows plenty of room for your face wipes to circulate in the wash and prevents them from getting tangled up amongst the rest of your laundry. The bag seams are reinforced with offcuts from our fabric wraps and double stitched to ensure they stand up to regular washing.
You may notice some shrinkage after the first wash, but your mesh laundry bag will still have more than enough room for all your face wipes.
The bags can be used for washing other delicate items such as tights or silk scarves. They also work in the kitchen as produce bags. The holes in the netting allow air to circulate around your fruit and veg, keeping them fresh for longer.
